Writer's Block: So Long, Farewell

It's the last day in office for George Bush. There's been a lot of talk in the media lately about Bush's legacy. What do you think he will be most remembered for?

I love how these writer's block questions can almost all be answered in a single sentence.

this one for instance: how about being the single worst president in the history of the United States? unless someone even worse comes along in my lifetime (shudder to think) his "legacy" will be one of gross incompetence, abuse of power, and shocking indifference to those who suffered under the above.

ok that was two sentences. I'm wordy.

Which of the Founding Fathers, who also became president, also "abused power"? Without looking at Google, and while they all shared their problems, the one that went directly against the Bill of Rights.

If you are not a history major and do not know the answer, then likely people 100 years from now will not know it, either.

And most people don't. I'm just a history nerd who loves the History Channel.

Cheers.

that's how i see him too. did you see the clip of him asking whether people had expected him to land air force one in new orleans? as if that would've been the response from him people wanted? i think there's something missing there, psychologically.
