Thanks for posting this, it was good info and appeared sound. I should ask my Canadian relatives more about their healthcare system sometime.

Thanks. I liked this part especially, under number 7:

I guess I'd been living under a rock, but I remember my astonishment a few years ago when I went to get a morning-after pill at a Bartell's on Capitol Hill, and A) the pharmacist said "we don't carry that at this store,"--like it's such an extraordinary drug-- and B) he was all snippy and moralizing about the whole thing.

on Capitol Hill he did this? that's really odd. I wonder how he managed to deal with the average clientele up there with that attitude.

or maybe he was disdainful because you had obviously done something heterosexual. ;)
