Why do people get bent out of shape about unknown callers calling their cellphones? Especially if no message is left, thus incurring no time or money spent wasted on collecting a useless message?

Maybe some people use their phones differently from the way I do (no! could it be??), but if I see "Unknown" or an unrecognizable number on my screen, I hit the Ignore button. That's all I have to do. I should be grateful to them for making me get the thumb exercise, don't you think? Or am I likely to develop repetitive stress injuries from repeatedly not answering my phone?

I don't get the furor.

haha. yeah I've seen that one and it's quite true! although I am afraid to fly and think it goes against all land mammal instincts; in my opinion we should all be screaming out of terror the whole time we're in that metal tube being hurtled along at 500mph, 30,000 feet in the air.

but the sense of wonder is sort of the same. ;)
