so my theory is that as we get older our cognitive processes both slow down and become more complex and that is why time seems to go by faster and faster. we spend more actual time on a single idea which in our childhoods might have made an appearance of mere seconds before we moved on to something else.

see this would explain why i can't get as much done in the same amount of time that i used to. or why time goes by more quickly while i function at the same slow rate, the net being that it takes more objective time to do the same things i used to do in less time.

whatever the reason i've about had it with time acceleration. at this rate i will be dead in fifteen minutes.
