gimme drugs

i have this terrific headache which i suspect is the result of my not, until moments ago, having taken a particular one of my many many medications since yesterday morning when i took one quarter of my usual dose. which is a result of the community health network's not telling me until i was almost out that they weren't going to cover this medication anymore without speaking to my doctor and that they were going to take several days after speaking to my doctor to decide if they were going to continue covering it and as a result i had to put $180 worth of pills on my credit card.

that will last two weeks. this stuff is pressed out of gold.

is it clear how much of this is fucked up? if not i will explain.
