time warp

i have a theory about what happened in the world series and it is that all of us were thrown into an alternate dimension when they lost game six. see they were supposed to win in our dimension but something rent the fabric of space-time and sent us spiraling into this other universe where nothing goes the way it is supposed to.

now things are piling up:
a good friend lost her job.
dusty baker will not be coming back to the giants.
the republicans are in control of congress.
i didn't get the fellowship i applied for.

something is seriously wrong.
