  • Mood:

guilt circuit

ok this is fucked up. last night I drank just a little beer thinking that if I drank just a little instead of a little more than a little then today on my day off I would have enough energy actually to do some fun things so today I feel pretty good and now I'm beginning to get the guilts because if I feel good then I can do work so I feel like I should be doing work because I feel good when I engineered this whole feeling good thing in order to feel good doing fun things and not work things but if I do fun things I'm going to feel guilty about not doing work.

I need a voice of authority to tell me it is my day off and I don't have to do any work.

anyone?
