24 hours

I'm hungry. I ate one tiny muffin in Sacramento at 6:30 this morning.

hi! I'm back home. the train was perversely on time.

with more coffee perhaps I will say some things about how I read 110 pages of American Frontier history yesterday while Washington and Oregon zipped by. I had some thoughts but I don't quite remember what they were.

a million thanks to jetgirl23 and mrrant for putting me snugly up in a guest room not quite as big as my room here but almost. and for providing a refrigerator for all the beer. and the milk. I hope you guys like grapenuts.

wish I'd got to see more of you Seattle folk but as always I will be back and as always some of you could come to San Francisco sometime.`1! (Jackson says hi!)

must find food.
