the answer of what to do to properly distance mysef from work arrived in the amazon package whose contents I could not quite guess as I could not remember if I had actually ordered anything scholarly to justify receiving it at school instead of waiting to see if the door tag didn't get taken down by someone out front before I ever got it and if so waiting for the "third delivery attempt" to be able to go to ups and get it. residential delivery on mission street is a dicey proposition.
in any case the answer to the scholarly order was no: simpsons season six, south park season five, complete peanuts 1957-58. I can hardly wait to go home! and as a bonus, there is a crepery here in downtown berkeley that I like to go to too so I can have crepes twice this week. I don't know if I'll get a dessert crepe this time but I'm pretty hungry so we'll see. the crepes here aren't as good as at ti couz, but they are better than some I've had.
that's it. monday's obligations have been discharged and I live to tell the tale. of course there's all that crap I neglected waiting for me to turn my attentions back towards it but for now: phew.

I will feel better after some fizzy water and an episode or two of south park. but the crepes were good at the time!
i hope you do feel better soon. (the only south park i've ever seen, aside from the movie starring saddam hussein, was the one where the one kid had a minion and tried to drown the world. it was great.)
