Memphis doesn't seem like a safe place to be transgendered, especially if you are black.

Just passing along some news and a few addresses to write to. The news stories are a mixed bag as far as pronouns and recognition of gender presentation go, but you'll get the gist of what is (not) happening in Memphis in regard to hate crimes against transgendered women.
